Our operating hours are 9:00am until 4:00pm Monday through to Friday. Cut off for same day shipping is 2pm.
We recommend the use of email as it is quick, efficient, and lets you and us keep a record of previous correspondence. We aim to reply within 6 business hours however on busy days this might not be possible.
Please note, that we only accept emails from email addresses that match a registered customer account.
This is due to the large amounts of spam our email account receives.
If you have a sales or technical support enquiry, please complete the following form. Alternatively if you are a registered user, you can log into your account and send us a ticket. This will allow you to keep a record of your enquiry. You may also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org making sure to include any reference numbers.

If you have a problem with one of our products that you have purchased from this store and you wish to return it to us, you need to log into your account and generate an RMA number online. If you have any issues in doing this or require any technical advice feel free to contact us via e-mail.
Once your RMA number has been authorised for return, you will be supplied with our returns address and all other relevant information you will need. Don't forget to write all RMA numbers on the outer packaging you send the goods back in, and please do not write on any original product packaging.
